We want your arrival to be a seamless as possible. If you are arriving and have a rental car at the airport, the instructions are as follows: Turn right as you exit the terminal, drive straight past two roundabouts - continue for approximately 3 minutes (drive past Paradise Inn sign), drive past Chilli's sign (on right) there is a small Ocean Spray Villa sign on the left - turn left (towards the sea) drive to the end of the drive. Keys are left inside the washing machine at the top of the stairs in the unlocked laundry room. Name will be on the door. Alternatively airport transfers are NZ$25pp ea way for adults and $15pp ea for kids under 12. Check in available from 2pm onwards

The villa was great. Although there are two villas side-by-side, the layout provides privacy from each other. The villas are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The place is true to the photos. The villas are on the beach and offers stunning views of the sunrise and sunset and the reef and the lagoon throughout the day. The bonus is the free whale watching every morning and afternoon as the hump back and her baby swim by.

Loved our stay here. Lovely place, coastal furnishings with beachy feel. The views were amazing with the whales breaching out on the water as well as watching outrigger paddlers train

Excellent location as it was close to town. The villa was immaculate and I would rate it very highly as a place to stay in Rarotonga. It had ample room and some for our family and the beach view was amazing and we saw whales frolicking off the reef from inside the house every day we stayed there. It was excellent value and I would highly recommend it to others. The beach was swimable but not as nice as some of the others. However as the reef was only close to the shore, it was an easy swim out for boogey boarding. The beds were the best that I have ever slept on and I even tried to see what brand they were so I could buy some.

Although we are not able to guaranttee at time of booking what villa you are able to secure, each villa is fully equipped with the same utensils and are of the exact same size and sophisticated style. All bedrooms have air conditioning, however given these are located on the shore, there is generally a cool breeze that can be enjoyed year round.
The lagoon is a little shallow during low tide, but perfect for a dip or a wade - excellent quiet beach for shell collecting!
