3-4 persons $425per villa per night
5-7 persons $475per villa per night
Rates are inclusive of airconditioning
Early Check in from 6am $150 (based on space available on the day)
Late Check out to 6pm $150 (based on space available on the day)
Full night fee will be applied to times before of after these hours

Booking/Cancellation Policy:

* All bookings require a 10% non refundable deposit to secure the date
* 30-14 days 40% non refunable percentage of total booking due
* 14days to arrival or no show full fee applies for full booking
